Design your flag in a vector art program such as Adobe Illustrator®. Or, design in a raster program such as Adobe Photoshop®. Or, best of all, design with your hands. If you are designing in a raster program, make sure your design is at least 300dpi. Keep in mind, the file you submit is a preview for presentation/judging purposes. If your design is selected we will ask you for high resolution artwork.
You will need to create a web-ready preview of your submission. When you have the files ready, and know what you want the title of your design to be, fill out the form below to send us your submission. Here is what we are looking for:
Size: 668 pixels wide and 414 pixels tall and under 800kb. Format: JPG, PNG or GIF. Naming: Please name your file yourcompleteemailaddress_titleofthedesign.jpg for example: john@adbusters.org_johnsFlag.jpg
The contest ends on December 1st, 2008. Contest submissions will be critiqued by our panel of judges, then featured in Adbusters and supporting design publications. The winning flag will go into production, ready for display by any individual or organization. By no means is this the end of the competition. Any flag submitted is a possible candidate for adoption by people like you. The competition is meant to provide a means to many designs to flourish.
